People who do not use buyer’s agents pay an average of 96% of the listing price. The difference on a $200,000 house is $10,000 that could be saved by using a buyer’s agent!

Buyer’s brokers are also familiar with local businesses. They know which home inspectors perform reliable work and where the buyer can obtain the best home insurance rates. The results of a good home inspection can result in deal making. Needed repairs can be used to negotiate better terms.

Buyer’s can look forward to a sound closing process with a buyer’s agent. They advise on prices, terms of negotiations, and how to deal with unforeseen circumstances. The buyer’s broker will complete all paperwork (except signatures of course) and communication with the seller’s agent.

Buyer’s brokers also take the time to explain the closing process to buyers. The terms and conditions are explained in a way that is not rocket science. They also answer any questions the buyer may have.

Time and money are conserved for buyers when they use the services of a buyer’s agent. Buyers oftentimes report they get a better quality home search because the buyer agent is specializing in working with only their side of the transaction.
